• Use our services to send harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful messages

• Submit content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with our services

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Written Expressions LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order placement
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• Once a card or product enters the printing queue, cancellation may not be possible
• Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order is fulfilled

5. Personalized Content

By submitting personalized content (messages, names, or other customizations), you grant Written Expressions LLC a limited license to reproduce and print that content solely to fulfill your order. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Written Expressions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon shipment.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once an order enters production. If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, reprint or issue a store credit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Written Expressions — including logos, product designs, graphics, and text — is the property of Written Expressions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Written Expressions LLC does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Written Expressions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
